The Palestinian Supreme Shari’ah Judge, Sheikh Tayseer Al Tamimi, warned Friday of the renewed Israeli threats to demolish the holy Al Aqsa Mosque and build the alleged Jewish Temple on its rubble.

Sheikh Tamimi traveled to Egypt on Friday to discuss the recent attack threats with the Egyptian clergy.

He said that he will prove the seriousness of the Israeli threats against the holy Mosque, which were revealed earlier by the Israeli Interior Minister.

He also stressed that the silence in the Islamic and the international community made the extremist Jewish groups renew their threats against the Mosque.

"The Jewish threats are more dangerous than ever," said Sheikh Tamimi.

Sheikh Tamimi also pointed out that Jewish extremists would do anything to halt the disengagement plan proposed by the Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, which they strongly oppose.

The former Israeli Interior Minister, Tzachi Hanegbi, has warned twice in the end of July that Jewish extremists were plotting to sabotage Al Aqsa Mosque in order to rebuild their purported Temple on top of it.
