In the U.S., as the situation is in the West generally; Israel’s illegal behaviors against Palestinians are almost certainly beyond criticism. So are its unlawful activities against anyone else across the globe, let alone the peoples whose lands are occupied by its occupation forces.
This pattern has, there or thereabouts, been a systematic ‘blueprint’ for decades. No indication signals its dwindle. On the contrary, Israel as a state above the law in the West, a precedent that is becoming more intense, as the fabricated Bush -Blair led flimsy coalition ‘War On terror’ is entering into its worst ever incredibility.
Passing judgment on an Israeli wrongdoing, any wrongdoing by a person, any person in the West, would impulsively be perceived as an anti-Semitic.
Subsequently, addressing an Israeli issue in a news media in the West, is as volatile and explosive as a temporary bomb. The Israeli lobbies monitoring that are grass rooted in the West, are imprudently vigilant on the alert.
The anti-Semitic brand name is the trademark that is viciously utilized by these lobbies. For this reason, if anyone should dare to criticize Israel, she or he would be dealing with the consequences.
The Times of London, for example, published on the 5th of May a report by its political Correspondent, Greg Hurst in Brussels, that an E-mail tirade against Israelis cost Chris Davis, the leader of the Liberal Democrat MEPs, his job. Mr. DAVIES, was forced into resignation on the night of the 4th of May, under pressure after attacking the “influence of the Jewish lobby” in politics during an intemperate exchange of e-mails. Mr. Davies, who led the 12 Lib Dem MEPs in Brussels, had been summoned by Sir Menzies Campbell to give an explanation of his remarks to a reader of a Jewish newspaper.
