NAIROBI (Reuters) - The blast that shook a soccer stadium in the Somali capital of Mogadishu on Tuesday was caused by a bomb, the political advisor to Prime Minister Ali Gedi said.

"As far as we are concerned it was a bomb. Nobody knows who did it, the reason or motivation behind it. The bomb was on the ground. It exploded when the people were passing," political advisor Abdurahman Ali Osman told reporters in Nairobi.

He said seven people were killed and 13 wounded in the attack. The prime minister was unhurt.
