Abdirisak Mohamed Qeyloy, a spokesman for the ICU has disproved on Sunday that there are no ICU forces joined the opposition forces against the transitional government of Somalia.
Mr. Abdirisak repeatedly said that there are no any of their forces or officials escaped and joined to the other side of the opposition forces saying that there is no reason to be escaped pointing out that the transitional government approved the Sharia law to be ruled in the country saying that the government is led by the heads of the Islamic courts.
On the other hand the ICU spokesman talked about the fighting continuing in the Somali capital Mogadishu pointing out that the Hisbul Islam group (Islamic party) is fighting for how they would get a chair adding that Asmara Alliance was defeated.
“There is no reason that Hisbul Islam group is fighting. It is known that they were divided into two parties. One part joined the transitional government of Somalia Abdirisak Qeylow, ICU spokesman said.
It was yesterday when Hisbul Islam group, the wing led by Dr. Omar Iman Abu Bakar said that one of the officials from the transitional government joined them though the ICU spokesman said that the escaped man was an ordinary soldier who did not have any post for the government or the ICU.
